Exchanges and Refunds

Our #kamirafriends satisfaction is very important. We are committed to make sure our customers are 100% satisfied with their products as well as their experience and service. 

We use high quality gold plated and stainless steel materials in our jewelry, and a minimum care should be considered:

  • Please do not use perfumes, hard abrasive products and/or lotions on your jewelry.
  • Please, avoid wearing your Kamira jewelry in sea water or chlorine pools, but if they get some splash, wash them with clear water.
  • Each piece of jewelry is packed and shipped in an individual plastic bag, it will help your jewelry last longer.

At Kamira Style we have been very careful to ensure that the descriptions and photographs correctly show the item, however, note that size and color may slightly vary from the pictures, and some items are not eligible for return or exchange. If you have feedback or complaints about your purchase, please contact us at shopkamirastyle@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving the merchandise. 

Items not eligible for return/refund:

  • Hats and all Hair Accessories
  • Earrings and Piercings
  • Swimsuits

If eligible, a store credit will be issued to the customer.

If a return is accepted, the item must be unworn and returned back to Kamira Style in its original condition with tags attached. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
